Beating the Bridal Bloat
Try these tips four days before the wedding:
- Avoid gassy foods like onions, broccoli, and beans. Gas buildup will give you a Buddha Belly. If you have any degree of lactose intolerance, steer clear of milk and cheese.
- Don’t skip meals. The less food in your GI tract, the more air gets trapped, creating gas.
- Don’t chew gum or sip through a straw; both actions allow gas to get trapped in the GI tract.
- Drink lots of water. It aids digestion and gets things moving along.
Great tips, I made sure I followed this on my wedding day, as the last thing you need is to feel bloated after your wedding breakfast.
Oh yes, you have this one right! My BF, did some of these things, and was miserable thru out her wedding, and she was crying right before the wedding and could not understand-even though she had watched everything that she ate, her tummy was steel bloated! Listen up all Brides to this tip for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bloating, that is for sure what we all do NOT need! My BF got married and she was having this problem, for she was drinking too much wine before her wedding because she was so nervous. No Booz Ladies! After the wedding, then you can celebrate!!!
