Chocolatier Katrina Merrem founded NOKA Chocolate with the goal of returning chocolate to its pure, luxurious state by crafting the finest single-estate dark chocolate truffles and chocolates.

Their passion is tasting real chocolate, in its rarest and purest form, unadulterated by vanilla and emulsifiers such as soy lecithin (an ingredient found in almost all other chocolate).
