I can remember being a young girl and my Mother would take me shopping at Downtown Dallas’ Neiman Marcus, but the first thing we did was go to The Adolphus Hotel, where I remember thinking, if I can spend one night here, I would be the Fairy Princess! Well I’m not the fairy princess, but I do have many wonderful memories dining at the world-renown French Room and staying in one of their many grand rooms.

Just recently, I had the pleasure of meeting the chef – a true delight. Each dish is prepared to perfection. I could not believe it when I read about it being the only restaurant in Texas to have earned the highest honor the hospitality industry can bestow – the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Award – for an unprecedented 22 consecutive years.
