Entertaining Company, one of strictlyweddings.com Chicago Catering partners, noted this as their all-time favorite wedding of 2011. This luxury wedding infused subtle culinary references that lightly suggested the Indian and Southern American background of the bride and groom, as well as their travels through California, Italy and France. Such a great personal touch for all couples to consider when they are planning their wedding menu.
Strolling waiters offered guests delicious refreshing cocktails including Prosecco with Hibiscus Flowers, Jaded Pear and Gin Bitter Lemon. Touches of glamour were showcased in passed hors d'oeuvres presented on wooden cutting boards & vintage chargers. Luxury, hints of India and Global Cuisine were threaded throughout each dish.
