Step into this romantic art déco wedding in Dana Point and be transported to the perfect harmony of two eras - the 1920's and today. Clearly, the bride has excellent taste as she wore an Inbal Dror gown for her ceremony and Galia Lahav for the reception. And with a vision to merge two eras with a touch of art deco, she looked to the talented Delicate Details and Square Root Designs to pull it off. With precision, we might add! Of course, the brilliant team of Lin and Jirsa Photography captured all the magnificent details for us soak up every moment.
Art Décor Wedding
Crystal and Anthony, who met through mutual friends, married at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, CA. Light pastels of peach, blush and taupe set a breathtaking color palette with white and ivory mixed in. The entire wedding had accents of mirrors, acrylic, diamonds, gold and silver - this is how the 1920s were married to today. An art déco vibe was felt throughout the reception with the use of mirrors and stunning floral chandeliers.
Romantic Bridal Style
Crystal wore two different gowns on her dream day and made her bridal entrance in Inbal Dror. When she was preparing to walk down the aisle it began to lightly rain and each guest put up black umbrellas. It did not damper the mood, but gave way to a magical and romantic entrance. She danced the night away in Galia Lahav. And dance they did. The band Rouge from 90210 Entertainment got everyone off their feet. Beautiful voices singing in various languages, but it was Damien Lawson, winner of The Voice, that they claimed as their first dance. One of the best things of the night is that Crystal designed her five-tier swing cake embellished with rhinestones and patterned fondant.
