Big weddings aren't for everyone - thank goodness, because if they were, we wouldn't have this beautiful couple's intimate romantic Paris wedding. Despite the intimacy of this vow exchange, this wedding has everything it needs: love, family and a beautiful Parisian photo session with Paris photographer Pierre Torset. Crossing the globe from New York City to Paris, Ashley and Jason chose significant landmarks to say their "I Do's" while her sister played the ever important role of officiant. In the most romantic of settings, wearing a chic Rivini gown, and being with the one you love it doesn't get much better.
Ashely and Jason met their freshman year of college, but the timing just wasn't right as they were both dating other people. After college, a coincidental move south to Florida had Ashley and Jason re-establishing their friendship which in turn lead to dating. A few years later, they mutually moved to New York City to embark on a lifetime of travel and adventure. It was inside Washington Square Park with the Arc de Triomphe in the background that Jason proposed to his future bride. They knew a big wedding was not for them as they both envisioned a small destination wedding with their family and even considered eloping. Of course, Paris topped their list as the most romantic city in the world - what better place to start their lives together. They originally wanted their nuptials to take place in front of the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel to align with their magic engagement, but the public area proved to be a challenge. They scouted out the Tuileries Garden the day prior to the ceremony to identify a quiet location which was a success. Ashley felt the one thing she would regret was not having a father-daughter dance at her wedding. Upon learning this, her dad immediately booked flights for himself and her mother to witness their daughter's celebration. Jason's parents followed suit.
Ashely looked ever so lovely in her Rivini 'Martinique' bridal gown, a flirtatious hi-low dress with delicate Chantilly lace overlay. She paired this with a sleek and sexy pair of Prada shoes to polish her bridal style that day. Being a bit untraditional, it is no surprise that Ashley also chose a standout ring with her birthstone, emerald. The images tell a beautiful story of this love struck couple's intimate romantic Paris wedding to say the least.
