Anya Bortnik of La Chic Soirée in Toronto may have had us a hello, but it's her glorious talent and ability to transport us to a romantic European dream infused with wedding inspiration in pastel and gold that left us mooning for more. Wedding inspiration delivered through styled shoots, such as this, are where dreams can come to life and we couldn't be more thankful that this gem became a reality behind the lens of Dave Abreu Photography. The jewels on top? Easy enough - Pnina Tornai and David Fielden gowns from Kleinfeld Hudson's Bay. Appropriately titled "The Wanderess," for a woman who travels the world in search of meaning, the scene breaths with European flair, soft prettiness and modern glam.
Wedding Inspiration in Pastel and Gold
From the bridal fashion to the gorgeous floral of Royal Orchid Florist, this wedding inspiration in pastel and gold will have you pinning until your boards burst with artistic allure. One of our favorite things about La Chic Soiree, is that we can always count on delectable treats. The Sweetest Thing Cakes crafted a selection of mini gelato pops, Parisian-inspired mini cakes and taking center stage a 4-tier show stopper sweetened by hand-painted lettering that sings Beethoven's "Immortal Beloved." Two settings, indoor and outdoor, painting a picture of European modishness. The indoor scene begins with Dance Floor Decor's custom blue porcelain flooring, ghost chairs and low dreamy floral décor that is ideal for a bridal shower meant for a princess. The Doctor's House outdoors is equally majestic with its stone fireplace dressed up and romanticized by a three tier floral fountain, striking chaise lounge, blush drapery and chandelier. Seriously, our adoration for La Chic Soiree's ability to draw out chic and edgy wedding ideas grows deeper every day. C'est magnifique!
