When it comes to a military vow exchange crafted from the heart, this one ranks among the best. It's a traditional elegant wedding in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Virginia Dare Ballroom. A love story so powerful that the bride and groom moved up their wedding date, leaving only four months to plan, so that they could be married before his first tour of duty. This is where Creative Touch Events stepped in taking on not just the planning, but the floral, event design and décor too. With flawless execution, a color scheme of pink, green and bling and a stunning bride wearing a Liancarlo gown, we are a major fan. AO&JO Photography went above and beyond to capture Michael and Fatima's outpouring love for one another, which are sure to become lifelong treasures.
Traditional Elegant Wedding in Raleigh
While every element was planned to perfection, the very best details were the ones that couldn't be planned. Michael's glances of adoration at his bride, Fatima, and her sweet smile that's simply contagious. Michael and Fatima are college sweethearts who met at a skating rink on Fort Bragg in their hometown of Fayetteville. Being the romantic, Michael planned a "pamper yourself" scavenger hunt for Fatima when he was ready to pop the question. The big moment unfolded at the NCSU bell tower where Michael proposed surrounded by their friend and family. Their vision for their dream day was one of classic style and elegance. Prior to Michael receiving his orders from the Air Force to be stationed in Ohio, Fatima had only found her wedding dress. Creative Touch Events took things from there. Each moment from their wedding day was beyond special, bringing the couple mounds of joy. However, if Michael had to pick a favorite moment his would be their first dance as husband and wife -as Fatima sang their song to him. Hers is the reading of their wedding vows to one another because it was during this time that Michael and she could truly express their love for one another and the life they promise to one another.
