Refined Chic Paris Destination Wedding
When we hear about newly engaged couples seeking advice on planning their weddings, we always first wonder if they would consider a destination wedding. One, they're beautiful. Two, friends and family then get to travel to someplace utterly fabulous. (Paris, anyone?) And three, because you've got amazing vendors like Wedding in France and CTH Events Paris. It's sort of a win-win-win situation. In true Parisian style, Nona brought a "je ne sais quoi" to her bridal style, which resonates with classic femininity and timeless elegance. She and Michel have a clear, unmistakable chemistry. Their love story began on a cold wintery Boston night on December 3, 2010, when Michel saw Nona walking down Cambridge Street. From that day forward Nona andMichel were an item with their journey taking them later to Washington DC together and then to their current destination - the city of love where they settled inParis. Their day began at the stunning city hall where the Nona walked under the sounds of the violin to prestigious venue Le Pré Catelan Restaurant, an elegant NapoleonIII-style pavilion just 5 minutes from the Champs Elysées, it happens to be one of the most popular places in Paris. Nona and Michel wanted to make sure they incorporated both their cultures and backgrounds. Their expectations were elegant, chic and royal and at the best venue of Paris ,so they hired Inga from CTHEvents Paris to help them plan their wedding. An event in itself as the planning lasted for 2 years and 250 guests came from 15 countries! Created for the reception itself was a photoshoot area complete with tigres, and the reception boasted a jazz band, cocktail bars with signature drinks, French cabaret dancers, ice sculptures, a champagne pyramid and of course, smoke and fireworks for the first dance. Pure perfection for this refined chic Paris destination wedding day!
