This little affair is a gorgeous example of how Classic Blue meets winter wedding elegance giving us all kinds of gorgeous ideas to look forward to in 2020. Marrying hues of cranberry, whites and copper goodness with Pantone's color of the year may just lead us to our newest color crush for the colder hue season. The combo of hues packs an unexpected punch while the romance game is elevated with cascading café and twinkle lights and loads of greenery. We just want to mimic this scene for our own holiday festivities and entertaining purposes. From her concept to her stunning photography Cadey Reisner Weddings nailed this elegant winter wedding inspiration bringing in just enough holiday feels without an over the top Christmas vibe. Honestly, South Dakota never looked so inviting during the winter season for us. A region that typically screams, "Baby, it's cold outside" has an inviting coziness at the Black Hills Receptions and Rentals venue decorated in a splendor of floral by Root's Wedding and Floral Design, sumptuous desserts by Star Spangled Batter and a perfectly gorgeous Justin Alexander bride.
Classic Blue Meets Winter Wedding Elegance
Nestled in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota lays Black Hills Receptions and Rentals unique venue boasting serene outdoors and a rustic charm. All making for a magnificent background for Cadey Reisner Weddings styled shoot. Drawing inspiration from her annual client appreciation holiday party, she used the venue to showcase just the kind of wedding that would align with her own personal dream day. Giving the opportunity to decorate the venue anyway she wished, she wanted to bring the beauty of the season to the forefront. Rather than leading with the natural holiday metallic of gold, copper plays an integral role warming up the overall ambience and tablescape. A little bit of glitz and glam with the warmth this new fav metallic brings. Loads of candlesticks (she actually DIY'd), chargers and napkin rings were used to elevate the elegance with our personal favorite pops of cranberry prettiness. Of course, no winter wedding inspiration is complete this time of year without a milk and cookies station adding to the mini bundt cakes and seasonal punch. If this Classic Blue meets winter wedding elegance doesn't put you immediately in the mood for the season, you may need to look at the gallery again with some holiday tunes playing in the background while enjoying a steamy cup of hot cocoa!
