Confections by Christina Elizabeth is a high end bakery that focuses on confections, desserts and custom-made creations for weddings and special events. We have been in business for over 4 years, and our Executive Pastry Chef, Christina Moore, has been baking professionally for over 11 years. She has previously worked at prestigious kitchens that include Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa, The Rolling Rock Club, along with receiving a Baking and Pastry Degree from Westmoreland County Community College.
We are a full time vendor at the Ligonier Country Market every summer, and are featured in a few local shops, boutiques and restaurants.
We specialize in Buttercream style wedding cakes, and thrive in creating beautiful and unique dessert buffets that can be curated to offer a mix of traditional and modern desserts and confections.
