A St. Anna native and now living in Bowlus, Samantha Rule owns Rule Creative Co, a wedding,
elopement, and family photography business. With a studio in Albany, she’s impacted the
community with empowerment events, gifting photo sessions to those in need, and always
bringing her happy demeanor. After four years serving Active Duty in the Air Force after high
school, Samantha moved back to the Central Minnesota area and was determined to take her
love of photography to give back to the community. Now, after five years of doing this as her
full-time job, she enjoys getting to meet so many new people and build lasting friendships and
relationships with people. She feels incredibly honored to have been selected for both the
Couples’ Choice award along with the CommunityVotes St. Cloud’s Best Platinum Winner in
2023.
