Sarah K Events is a Mother/Daughter Duo of certified wedding planners. We are located in the Potomac Highlands of WV, but we travel as far east as Elkins, WV. We also serve couples in Northern Virginia, as far as New Market. We also work in the Cumberland and Frostburg areas of Western Maryland and parts of Pennsylvania.
Sarah K Events offers coordination packages to full planning packages. All our packages include a timeline created just for you and we will run your rehearsal for you too, with a wedding party line-up, so every one will know where they stand. Don't worry! We will be at your wedding too to make sure the day is as your imagined it.
We also offer floral, event, timeline and floor plan design. Although both of us are wedding planners, they have different roles in the planning process. Sarah is all things design. She can create your wedding design and floor plan. Rebecca handles getting all the details of your day from both you and your venders. Depending on the package you chose, she can set up tastings and vendor meetings, so she can ask the questions you may not think about. She will help create your timeline, based on the information given from you and the vendors. She communicates with your vendor team leading up to and throughout the wedding day. We love to help you enjoy your wedding day, while we take care of the 1000's of details throughout the day.
