My business is creating center of attention bespoke wedding cakes and grooms cakes. I create all my own sugar flowers, fillings, icings and cakes from scratch in house at the bakery. I am also a certified chocolatier, trained under Melissa Coppel in Las Vegas. I am a certified cake judge and was the winner of Food Networks Gingerbread Showdown. I have been featured in Cake Masters magazine three times in 2022. I have been creating desserts and memories for others for 19 years.
